The Shooter was the person or entity that shot McCay during the Skirmish at the S.S. Bunker in the first film.

- The Shooter is known only as "The Shooter" because it is unknown if it was a Nazi Ghost, Russian insurgent, or a Russian Military soldier that fired the shot.
- D.C. explained to Hunt that it may have been a passing patrol or someone out looking for joy.
- It is possible that the shooter may have been the Russian insurgent seen sitting in a window of an abandoned building towards the beginning of the film.
